The Mattapoisett Police Department is flying it’s flag at half staff today in honor of United States Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew P. Partyka, of Hingham, MA, who passed away on July 3, 2022.
Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, the day of interment, in honor of United States Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew P. Partyka, of Hingham, MA, who passed away on July 3, 2022.
Sergeant Matthew P. Partyka, United States Marine Corps, Camp Lejeune, NC will be laid to rest at the St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham, MA on this date.
